This role ensures client needs are satisfied by constructing partnerships between the Project Office( IBM Japan ), client, partner, and subcontractor organizations, and managing the implementation of these partnerships to ensure positive customer satisfaction. They build client satisfaction through formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of application, technical, and business solutions, responding to client requirements as specified in the contract or Statement of Work (SOW). They work with the Project Office and delivery organization as a primary point of contact for client needs requirements and expectations with regard to assigned IBM team operations. They provides account leadership to the service delivery team and directs teams to develop program, project, product, and business strategies, implementing resulting solutions to meet contract deliverables. They manage contractual cost, schedule, and service or product deliverables as they relate to the delivery organization. They manage IBM resources and coordinate client resources to deliver services and solutions to support the client organization. They support the Project Executive (PE) in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability. They own quality for service provided by the delivery organization and is responsible for tracking and reporting on service level performance. Expert level knowledge is required across PM methodologies, emerging technologies and technical solutions pertaining to client needs. They must have the vision and the ability to influence the clients' actions. This leadership role will manage one of IBM's Japan Key account. Demonstrate the ability to grow team significantly. Outstanding project management skills Key Responsibilities: For Dalian delivery team - Lead around 30 service delivery team to process HR requirements (monthly, semi-annually, annually, or off-cycle). - Report to HR Tower leader as solid line and dot line to project executive in IBM Japan - SLR management - Employee relations ( attrition, hiring, promotion, status change and encourage motivation ) - Document monthly HR scorecard, including issue and resolution tracking. - Over/under recovery forecast management - such as HC, facility, IT, expense management - Finance focal (over/under recovery ) - Accounting focal ( charge out report ) - Quality focal ( CI, automation, certification etc ) - Transition focal - HR focal ( PBC(merit), promotion, policy - BC focal ( DOU/PCR, SOD, Audit, training etc) - BO focal ( HC forecast, internal policy, training etc) - Security focal ( WST, WPS, BCG, ICS3000, BCP etc) - Facility focal ( Seat and facility requirements etc ) For IBM Japan - Financial forecast management - such as Revenue management caused by ARC (Additional Resource Charges) / RRC (Reduced Resource Charges), Project total cost management , GP as well as Road map creating CLEAR, PAFE, BMR etc - Audit focal for internal audit and Project Management Review - Client satisfaction focal - CERS(Client Executive Relationship Survey) For Client - Achieve SLR target to client including critical failure tracking as well as route cause analysis - Interface with customers for requests &/or issue resolution (eg. Employees, HR, Banks, Government officers, client, vendor, etc). - Acts as First point of escalation for Issue Resolution of HR processes related matters raised by the employees/ counterparts in Japan - Initiate Client Satisfaction Survey and analysis quarterly - Initiate and attend required meetings - ARC (Additional Resource Charges) / RRC (Reduced Resource Charges) focal For Partner - FTE and const management | |||||||||||
