This role embodies HR BTO culture and best practices, has deep customer understanding, and expert technical capability to operate HR processes. The team leader has responsibility for the performance of its team members. In addition to this, he/she is responsible for SLA tracking, attendance of members, project management, and implementation of work process defect elimination projects. This position reports to the HR Operation Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and organize monthly activities for the team. This may requires teaming/collaboration with other teams to deliver expected outputs - Supervises and works with team members to meet HR operation requirements (monthly, semi-annually, annually, or off-cycle). - Track monthly operational scorecard, including issue and resolution tracking. - Interface with external & internal customers for new requests and works with team for deployment of new processes. - May be required to be responsible for some HR operations together with its members - Identifies opportunity areas, designs new processes, and implements new/improved solutions to improve results and increase productivity - Ensures that internal control guidelines are followed and implemented by process owners for their respective process area. | |||||||||||

Additional information - Team Leader/ Managerial work experience in BPO filed - HR related work experiences (desirable) - Strong communication skills in Japanese (both oral & written) – confident and able in communicating with key managers and other external contacts - Ability to deal with highly personal, confidential information - Customer-oriented – demonstrates a positive attitude towards customer service - Familiar with MS Office applications in Japanese (Excel, Word and Power Point.
